New Update 1.4 Give it a try!


General patch to smooth things out and add a small bit of content, mostly for potential future content.

-Increased speed of whip and increased length of time whip stays extended

-Fixed subweapon throwing animation from looping while holding the throw button

-Slightly reduced player gravity and initial jump velocity to make jumping feel smoother and more controllable

-Made downward stairs movement better (still needs work, camera is a little jarring)

-Made bumping head on ceiling less disruptive to horizontal movement

-Made Death part 1 and 2 mini scythes destructible

-Sharpened Death part 2's attacks and added new moves and sound effects

-Changed skeleton apes to move slower

-Overhaul of skeletons (gravity, bone airtime, random movements and attacks, ability to turn around)

-Added various sound effects

-Changed HUD, added new health bar and number frame

-Added dynamic element to chained rock in level 1

-Slightly adjusted level 1 near the chained rock area

-Adjusted height of certain Beelzebub flies to allow player to crouch underneath them

-Added spikes to the pools in level 1 and removed the instakill

-Added visual and audio cue when the player is cursed and prevented curse from occurring while player is invincible

-Added curse property to Tombstone and Ape Skeleton V2

-Added a small chance that a small meat will drop from candles (1.18%)

-Overhaul of Bone Pillars (better animation, random firing pattern, fixed fire collision, fire travels longer, fire stops at walls, added sound effect)

-Added message in level 5 to indicate the door can be opened somehow

-Added a temporary secret in level 3 until further development

-Reduced health of Beelzebub's Pelvis

-Increased the amount of time subweapon pickups remain on the ground until disappearing by 20%

-Very slightly decreased the time Malphas' orbs stay out and the speed they move

-Slightly decreased the amount of damage Gaibon deals when touched

-Stopped Gaibon from firing after death
